SWHL Registration

To become a member of Spokane Women's Hockey(SWH), to play in the Women's Recreational Hockey League (WRHL), and/or to join one of our traveling teams, you need to do the following THREE EASY STEPS:

1. Print out the SWH/WRHL Registration Form. Send the completed form and $20 to our Registrar (name at the end of the form).

2.Take part in a rate skate.
All of our skaters are rated as to their skating and general hockey abilities. Many of our skaters are newcomers and have very minimal experience skating, while others have more. Because we have around 70 Spokane Women's Hockey members, we need the ratings in order to better place players on teams. If you want to play in the Friday night Women's Rec League (WRHL), or if you want to play on one of the SWH traveling teams, or if you want to play for a SWH team in one of our local tournaments, you'll need to participate in a Rate Skate. To find out when a rate skate can happen, please send us an e-mail or check the calendar on the left.

3. After you've sent in your SWH/WRHL Registration Form, you'll also need to join USA Hockey, either by sending an additional check for $30 to our registrar or by going online to register directly with USA Hockey.
USA Hockey is the national insurance for hockey players and is required for all tournament and league play.

4. We will e-mail you regarding any information you need to get started! Then come to our monthly meetings, which usually happen on the second Tuesday of the month (see calendar at the left) and join the fun!
